A Discussion With a Bulgarian-Born American Academic

Arto Artinian is an associate professor of social sciences for the Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New York. He splits time in the year between New York and Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Having seen different worlds , Arto Artinian is one of the most competent people when it comes to knowledge about socialism in Eastern Europe and the West since he works in an American University and is also a member of the union there. His knowledge in terms of workers’ rights is very valuable. He was the guest of the Barricade’s podcacst On the Barricades on 27 December 2020.
